Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These T&Cs apply to all orders placed via our online shop at 0gram.ch (or other TLD). Operator: 0gram GmbH · Textilgasse 6a · 4552 Derendingen · hello@0gram.ch · UID: CHE-419.932.801 VAT

2. Conclusion of contract
The display of our products does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is concluded when you click «Order with payment obligation» in the checkout process and we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order before its fulfilment at any time and without giving reasons. Any payments already made will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment terms
All prices are in CHF including statutory VAT. 0gram GmbH is registered under UID CHE-419.932.801 VAT.

Available payment methods: credit card, TWINT, purchase on account via Klarna (Shopify Payments) and other methods displayed at checkout. For purchases on account, Klarna handles the receivables processing according to their own terms of use.

4. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery time is generally 2–4 business days. We reserve the right to refuse delivery in the event of supply shortages or outside the defined delivery area.

5. Right of withdrawal / Returns
As our products are foodstuffs, withdrawal and returns are generally excluded. Exception: defective or incorrectly delivered goods. In this case, please contact us promptly after receipt at hello@0gram.ch. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

6. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

7. Use of the website
By using the website, you agree to these T&Cs. Abusive, unlawful or harmful use is prohibited. Content may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

8. Third-party tools and links
Third-party tools are provided without warranty. We accept no liability for external links.

9. User comments and content
Submitted content may be used by us without restriction. Misleading, offensive or unlawful content will be deleted.

10. Data protection
Personal data is treated confidentially. Details are available in our privacy policy at 0gram.ch/datenschutz.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, Switzerland.

12. Changes to T&Cs
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The version in force at the time of the order applies. Changes are published on the website.

13. Severability clause
The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access to our services in the event of a breach of these T&Cs.
