Subscriptions

Some items in our shop are available as a subscription. By subscribing, you will receive recurring deliveries at the interval you select.

As a subscriber, you benefit from a 5% discount compared to the regular single-order price. The subscription has a minimum term of 2 deliveries. After that, it renews automatically at the chosen interval until you cancel.

Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is charged before shipment via your stored payment method.

After the minimum term, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time with effect from the next delivery directly via your customer account or by email at hello@0gram.ch. Links to manage your subscription are also included in your order confirmation emails.


Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available shortly. We may not charge any payment or only a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
