Right of withdrawal

As our products are foodstuffs, a statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. Returns or exchanges are therefore not possible outside the money-back guarantee described below.

30-day money-back guarantee

Independently of this, we voluntarily grant you a money-back guarantee on orders placed in our online shop. If you don't like 0gram, contact us at hello@0gram.ch within 30 days of receiving the goods and send the order back. The following conditions apply:

- The guarantee applies to private customers only. Orders from retailers and business customers are excluded.
- It applies only to unmodified standard goods. Products customised for you are excluded.
- The guarantee does not apply to the 4-pack.
- No more than 4 cans in total may be opened or consumed, regardless of flavour.
- You bear the return shipping costs. The transport risk of the return also lies with you; we recommend using a tracked service.
- The guarantee can be used once per household.
- The purchase price is refunded after your return arrives with us, to the payment method originally used.
- Where there are indications of misuse, we reserve the right to decline the guarantee. This includes in particular repeated returns, order quantities beyond normal personal use, and information that cannot be verified.

Please announce your return in advance. We cannot process returns without prior notice.
