Since our products are food items, a right of withdrawal is excluded. Returns or exchanges are therefore unfortunately not possible.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect delivery, please contact us right away at hello@0gram.ch with a photo and description so we can find a solution together.
