Shipping

I ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs: Shipping is free.

Delivery time: Your order usually reaches you 1–3 working days after it comes in; in exceptional cases it can take a little longer. For a pre-order, the delivery information shown in the shop at the time of your order applies. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Packaging: For ecological and economic reasons, I combine what belongs together: items from the same order as well as multiple orders from the same person to the same delivery address may arrive in one shared shipping box. That way we save packaging material and transport.

Damaged delivery: If something arrived broken, let me know via the contact form within 7 days of receipt and send me photos of the box and the damaged cans. I will replace the damaged cans or refund them. Cans with dents that are still sealed are perfectly fine to enjoy.
